3. What Information CTI Collects  

We collect the following information about users of our Service:  

• From users of our e-mails, we collect email address and zip code. You can always decline to provide this information to us—it is your choice, and you are under no obligation to provide personal information to us. However, if you decide not to provide such information, then you will not be able to receive our mailings.

CTI uses the information that you provide or that CTI collects about you, including your personal information:  

• To contact you about issues that we believe would be of interest to you  

• To personalize your experience (your information helps us determine who your members of Congress are and respond to your individual needs)


• To improve our Site and content  

• To notify you about changes in the Service

We will not disclose personal information that you provide unless compelled by law or court order. Otherwise, we will not sell, license, or intentionally disclose your personal information to third parties.
